Supporting the 47th PNAA National Convention and KEWP Support Program

Last year's event, pictured here, reflects the Foundation's ongoing commitment to supporting nurse well-being, resilience, and community through its partnership with the Philippine Nurses Association of America.

The Health Carousel Foundation is proud to participate in the 47th Philippine Nurses Association of America (PNAA) National Convention, taking place July 15–19, 2026, at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Foundation will also attend the Internationally Educated Nurses' (IEN) Policy Summit 2026 on July 15, where nurse leaders, policymakers, educators, and internationally educated nurses will discuss the future of the global nursing workforce.

As a champion of ethical recruitment, workforce sustainability, and professional development, the Health Carousel Foundation is honored to support conversations that strengthen healthcare systems while empowering internationally educated healthcare professionals. The Foundation believes ethical recruitment extends far beyond hiring—it includes transparency, education, leadership development, well-being, and creating opportunities for healthcare professionals to build successful, long-term careers.

Throughout the convention, attendees are invited to visit the Health Carousel exhibit to learn more about the organization's commitment to ethical international recruitment, sustainable workforce solutions, and programs that support internationally educated healthcare professionals throughout their professional journey.

Representing the Health Carousel Foundation at this year's event will be:

  • Andrew Lingo, Director of Ethical Recruitment & Sustainability
  • Joel Agdalipe, International Employee Supervisor III

The Health Carousel Foundation is also proud to sponsor the KEWP (Kamustahan, Empowerment, Wellness Program) Celebration on July 15. KEWP provides year-round emotional support, peer connection, and wellness resources for PNAA nurse members and non-members, reinforcing the importance of caring for nurses both professionally and personally.

"The Health Carousel Foundation believes that supporting healthcare professionals extends beyond recruitment," said Andrew Lingo, Director of Ethical Recruitment & Sustainability. "By partnering with organizations like PNAA and supporting programs such as KEWP, we can help advance ethical recruitment, strengthen the nursing workforce, and promote the long-term success and well-being of internationally educated healthcare professionals."

The Health Carousel Foundation looks forward to connecting with nurse leaders, healthcare organizations, educators, and internationally educated nurses throughout PNAA47 while continuing to foster partnerships that advance ethical recruitment, leadership development, workforce sustainability, and the global nursing profession.
